Eighteenth Century style 'pear-drop' starlite earrings.
These earrings are based on a classic eighteenth century style of earring using round and pear-drop starlite zircons mounted in hand-made sterling silver castellated settings.
Earrings are suspended from a sterling silver 'shepherd's hook'.
Hallmarked at the Goldsmiths' London Assay Office.
Each earring measures 42mm from top of the hook to the base of the pear-drop stone.  The 'pear-drop' is 17mm long x 11mm wide and the round top stone is 9mm diameter. The depth of the pear-shaped setting is 7mm.
